I'm an International Educator Specialist. I have a BA in International Diplomacy and Culture and Spanish and a TESOL certificate from SIT. My areas of focus and interests are International Student Services, Crisis Management, International Program Development and Advocacy. I have developed my skills both organically, academically and professionally. I am fluent in English and French and hold both a US and EU passport. I am also highly proficient in Spanish. I have over 20 years of teaching experience, with a primary focus on ESL and Second Language teaching. In my free time, I like spending time with my family,discovering new vegan food and spending time in nature and with animals.

I have been a teacher for over 20 years. I have taught in many settings including public and private secondary schools as well as private language schools. My subjects are E.S.L, French and Spanish.
As a translator I have worked with Doctorate students as well as independent tech businesses.
International Student Adviser
While in college as well as during my years teaching ESL, I was in contact with International students daily and offered my support and advice on a wide range of topics such as immigration rules, housing, healthcare, transportation, furthering their education, and how to deal with homesickness.
